1.备好 调料

2.牛腱子泡清血水后洗净,番茄,土豆,牛心菜和洋葱洗净

3.先把牛肉冷水下锅焯水后捞起洗净

4.把番茄放入沸水烫一下捞起去皮

5.分别把牛肉,洋葱,牛心菜,番茄和土豆切好

6.热锅倒油

13.加入开水后大火烧开盖上转小火炖1小时左右

14.之后再把土豆加入转大火烧开后再转中火烧制土豆熟软

小窍门&温馨提示
1.土豆先加盐等最后加入使得土豆更入味,也不会煮烂。
2.番茄一定要选择熟透的,去皮使得汤汁更佳
